Workshops about hate speech?

Ranko Bugarski has published a great book on hate speech, entitled "Jezik od mira do rata" (Language from peace to war), but I'm afraid it has not been translated from the Serbian. There is also an interesting article by Kathryn Ruud on hate speech by two radio talk-show hosts in our book "At War with Words" (ed. by M. Dedaic and D. Nelson, 2003, Mouton).
