Call for Syllabi and Course Materials (?)

Hi all,
While preparing a course on (Critical) Discourse Analysis I was passed on a wonderful collection of 'syllabi and course materials' for agriculture, food and society:
http://www.food-culture.org/ASFS-AFHVS-Syllabi2003.pdf (612 pages, 5.5 MB!)
As far as I know, there is no collection like this for DA. I have found individual syllabi, most of which are from North American universities (selection below).
If anyone knows of such a collection, could they let me know? Before I put together a plea for materials!
Thanks,
Flyss
