Query: Doctor-Patient data

I am teaching a course on Institutional Language, and have a student 
who would like to examine some doctor-patient interactions for his 
course project. Is there anyone who has data (either in English or in 
German) that was collected with an agreement that it could either be 
shared with other researchers or be used for teaching purposes, such 
that they could ethically send him some transcripts to work with? 
Alternatively, does anyone know of a publicly available resource 
containing such data?
