Dear Colleagues,

 

The School of Arts and Social Sciences at Northumbria University has a
number of full PhD studentships available in linguistics, including
Critical Discourse Analysis.  Applications are welcome from any approach
to CDA and on any discourse topic/genre so long as there is a strong
'linguistic' focus.  Proposals applying Cognitive Linguistics and/or
Corpus Linguistics in Critical Discourse Analysis are especially
