trouble. -MM]
Dear DM-listers --
It's been quiet on this list for a while, yes? hope you're all well.
I'm writing to solicit feedback on an outline of an article I've agreed
to write for a forthcoming Handbook of Semantics, from Mouton de
Gruyter. The outline as I've got it so far is attached (do attachments
come through on the listserv? perhaps not. If they don't, I'll make it
available on the web.) It's pretty much just off the top of my head,
and of course needs to be more representative than it is. (Please don't
feel badly if I didn't include a mention of a particular work of yours
that you think is relevant! As I say, this is very off-the-cuff so far.
But do let me know about it!)
Mainly, I'd really like to hear about topics that you think are
important to cover that I didn't mention, or topics that I mention but
on which you think I might be hitting the wrong note or wrong angle on.
In suggesting things to include, keep in mind that the article has to be
very short -- 12 ms. pages long, I think, and they're short ms. pages,
according to the stylesheet they mandate.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can send!
all the best,
hh
