[EDLING:373] Celebrating the Year of Languages in the US

Here are some new websites which have been created for the Year of Languages
in the United States:

The National Virtual Translation Center has designed a new open website about
the Languages of the World.  This website will feature a new linguistic area
each month along with  maps, information, FAQs, activities, and, at the end of
every month, an online quiz about the languages of that month, with a prize
for those who get every question correct.

The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL)'s website
features information and updates on the Year of Languages.

The Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR)'s website will feature information
about the Year of Languages in the federal government.  Updates are
forthcoming.
