Description:

You will be an applied linguist whose research addresses the interface of
sociolinguistics and language teaching and learning. Minimum qualifications
include a PhD in an appropriate field completed by December 2005, and
previous teaching experience, ideally in the research area designated. An
interest in interdisciplinary links between applied linguistics and other
parts of the Language-at-Edinburgh community is desirable.
