Language trips up postgrads

A NUMBER of foreign postgraduate students in the city are asking local 
education authorities to lower the requirements on their written thesis, as 
many are given failing marks due to language difficulties. 

Many Chinese students are howling in protest at the idea, however, saying they 
aren't given preferential treatment when they study abroad.
