This year's conference will be held in Kitakyushu, Japan. Details 
pertaining to all parts of the conference can be found at

Proposals are now being accepted for short papers, workshops, 
discussions, and poster sessions. Although a wide range of contexts and 
interest areas are acceptable, we do encourage proposals that follow the 
theme of the conference.
