Prop. 300 will deny ESL classes for thousands

Lourdes Jaquez has a stark assessment of Proposition 300. 
"If this thing goes in effect, all of these classes are going to be empty," 
the 63-year-old English as a Second Language student said, looking out at a 
packed classroom at El Pueblo Neighborhood Center's adult education program.
