STUDENTS IMMERSED IN CHINESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE
The first day of the new school year was also the first day of operation for the state's only Chinese immersion school. The Yinghua Academy charter school in St. Paul opened its doors to kindergarten through third grade students.
