English classes on the radio

The Philippine Broadcasting Service, the British Council, the British 
Broadcasting Corp. and the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) are 
three entities, which continue to see radio as a very influential yet cost-
effective medium. Convinced by its power, they jointly launched the English by 
Radio project, which introduces teachers to education by radio.
