New Acts Support Foreign Language Education

All schools located in districts to be developed into ``Meccas¡¯¡¯ of foreign 
language education _ currently Inchon, Kunpo in Kyonggi Province and 
Changnyong in South Kyongsang Province _ will be able to hire native speakers 
as teachers beginning next month, using their own employment standards.
