The International Conference on Communications and Information Technologies in Education (CITE 2008) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of SCommunications and Information Technologies in Education, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
Initial Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference. Papers (in WORD, RTF or PDF style) will be accepted only by electronic submission through the e-mail. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference & Journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference & Journal and are subject to both review and editing.
Revised Paper Submission
Each revised paper (in WORD or PDF style) together with the "reply-to-reviewers" (in WORD or PDF style) should be compressed to be one file such as "Paper_ID_Code.rar" , and then it is also submitted by electronic submission through through the e-mail <mailto:info at wahss.org?subject=Paper%20Submission> . No signed copyright transfer form is needed for revision submission.
Final Paper Submission
Each final paper (in WORD, RTF or PDF style) along with the corresponding signed copyright transfer form should be submitted by electronic submission through the e-mail <mailto:info at wahss.org?subject=Paper%20Submission> .
Submission Instructions
When submitting papers for potential publication in the Conference & Journal, please submit an original editable file in one of the RTF (Rich Text), Word (DOC) and PDF file electronic formats.
All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file. Detailed instructions on preparing papers for submission can be found in the Template Paper or Latex Style and Copyright Transfer Form. Further information on the scope of the Conference / Journals is also available upon enquiry of prospective authors.

Notification of acceptance September 20, 2008
Final paper submission and authors' registration October 15, 2008
