English-learning court case could see March ruling

PHOENIX - Attorneys said Friday a federal court trial in a nearly 15-year-old 
education funding case may end next week, a projected timeline that could 
result in a March ruling on whether the state has done enough to improve school 
programs for students learning the English language.
