FUNDS NEEDED FOR TEACHING ENGLISH

EXTRA funding is needed to help teachers provide special lessons for youngsters 
whose first language isn't English. 
Education Minister Anne Craine said she would be looking to allocate 
approximately £150,000 in the department's next budget specifically for 
teaching English as an additional language (EAL).
