French Language resource centers launched

 

The French Ambassador to Kenya, H. E. Mrs. Elisabeth Barbier, has Thursday launched a French Language resource centre at the Kenyatta University.

 

The resource centre, which has been in operation since March this year, is part of a network of 15 French language resource centers which are set to be opened in Kenya courtesy of Franco-Kenyan Bilateral Cooperation project signed in 2007. 

 

The cooperation project between the French and Kenyan governments aims to develop a high-quality program of teaching French in Secondary schools and Institutions of Higher Learning.
