Survey on IEP Repeat Policy

Currently, at the University of Utah's ELI, we do not have a repeat policy
for students who fail a class repeatedly. However, we think that we need to
change that.  Please fill out the survey (shouldn't take more than five
minutes) to tell us what your program does.
