[Edling] how to attend a conference free ?

Hi all , I am a linguist , I would like to know if there is any conference /colloquium in Europe (2016 or 2017)  about languages /cultures and/or  linguistics that I can attend for free ( no attendance fees) in order to reduce my stay fees that embody plane ticket and other  accommodations .
