The Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Iowa invites applications for an academic-year clinical-track faculty position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor in the Elementary Education program. The clinical track at the University of Iowa has a career progression that includes promotion (assistant, associate, full professor). We seek an elementary literacy teacher educator who can demonstrate rich pedagogical knowledge of elementary learners and a commitment to critical and anti-racist approaches in education. The appointment begins August 16, 2023 with an initial 3-year contract and possibility of renewal.
