[Edling] Lecturer in Applied Linguistics at the University of the South Pacific

Dear all

We have a position open for a Lecturer in Applied Linguistics at the University of the South Pacific (co-owned by 12 Pacific Island countries, with the position based at the main teaching campus in Fiji), with a specialism in multilingual education, language-in-education policy and/or TESOL. Although we have a strong preference to recruit a Pacific Islander, or at least someone with experience teaching or researching in the region, there may be members of this group with relevant experience in similar contexts (highly multilingual, postcolonial, with a reliance on EMI). The start date is January 2024.
