The University at Buffalo’s Department of Learning and Instruction is recruiting a PhD student for Fall 2024 matriculation.  More precisely, we are looking for someone interested in bilingual education, specifically development of K12 programs and preparation of bilingual educators, for a fully funded graduate assistantship line (includes tuition and a $23,000 annual stipend).
