[Edling] Colorado teachers need help teaching English learners to read. The state wants more training.

Hello,

Writing this as a journalist and TESOL educator for over three decades, I
find the story incomprehensible. I don't know learner details, the
relationship between the problem/s and the current phonics learning program.

It would be interesting to get involved.
