Making It Matter: How to build recognition and professionalization in
heritage language education
On November 4 and 5, the fifth FOHLC Europe Conference will take place.
Over two evenings, teachers, coordinators, volunteers and others involved
in heritage language education from across Europe will come together
online.
This year, the focus is on how we can build more recognition and
professionalization in the field. Topics include certification of language
skills, professional development for teachers, teaching materials and
collaboration between organizations. Participants can hear inspiring
examples, take part in workshops and exchange experiences with others
working in heritage language education.
The conference is online, in English and free to attend.
