 Hello all.

 This is to inform you of the current process about creation of two newsgroups
 that are soc.culture.breton and soc.culture.cornish

 A vote is currently running, all the informations about how to participate
 can be found in the news.announce.newgroups group. (subject: CFV soc.culture.x)

 The texts are also on th WEB, at :
               http://www.enst-bretagne.fr/~calais/KEMPER/new.html


 Such newsgroups are not fully dedicated to the specific languages of the
 related people, but their creation can surely contribute to their
 revitalisation. That's why any support is welcomed.
