Lost Language Day

Dear Luisa et al,
	Lost Language Day is a great idea.  Do you think a candlelight
vigil in a number of big cities and university towns at a given hour
on a given day would be appropriate?  It might be a useful focal point
for publicizing the issue.
	I'm off the net for three weeks now to go research a marginal-
