Dear Sirs,
   U.S. Cobra Gold yearly operations in Thailand held by Joint U.S. Military
Advisory Group, Thailand or JUSMAGTHAI may be providing unity for the U.S. in
Asia and trying to keep China at bay.  But is also stepping on and aiding in
the destruction of one or more ethnic group in Chiangrai Province, Thailand.

   Do you know that the Akha Hilltribe Villages are already being forcibly
relocated because of this as well as other trumped-up reasons by the Thai
military and government.  Their lives, culture, language and more are being
destroy... and very few people care that this is happening.

   EXACTLY WHERE will the Cobra Gold excercises be held this year?  What
protections do these people have from being removed from the area because of
this?  What protection and legal guarentee do these people have ?  These
people whom have occupied this land longer than the country of Thailand has
been in existance.

   I am greatly concerned about this.
