ELL: Dictionary Making software

Dear Listers
Can anyone recommend some dictionary making software? I am working with an
Austronesian language, and the community has requested a trilingual
dictionary, so I am going to need to keep track of things pretty tightly.
Any ideas/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
