Dear Dr Laakso,
many thanks for your visiting our website
"Minoritarian languages of Europe". Indeed, we will
develop the site and pay a special attention to Uralic
endangered languages as requested. The website you
recommended is excellent and we will use some
materials and links in our future work.
May I however note that one main concept of our
website is to show to language minorities living in
CIS countries that there are some success stories with
endangered languages in Western Europe and this would
exemplify them how to save or revitalize their own
languages.
And finally, the development of the site depends on
some investments (extremely modest) required to pay
the work of the webmaster and people involved into
collection of materials for the site content. That's
why we advertise and sell some publications on Turkic
issues and if you find something of interest for you
there, we would be pleased to serve you.

Thank you and best regards
Dr Vadim Mireyev / Site co-ordinator
