The Eleventh Annual Stabilizing Indigenous Languages Conference will be
held at the University of California at
Berkeley on June 11-15, 2004. More information will follow in early
spring regarding registration and a call for papers. Also, Nurturing
Native Languages with papers from the 8th, 9th, and 10th Stabilizing
Indigenous Languages conferences is now available on-line at

Nurturing Native Languages includes two articles related to technology:
Sustaining Indigenous Languages in Cyberspace by Courtney B. Cazden and
Saving a Language with Computers, Tape Recorders, and Radio by Ruth
