Adaptation of an n-back task

Hello

I am currently trying to create an n-back memory task in e-prime, where the subject will be presented with a series of letters and they must decided whether each letter is the same or different to the letter they saw three letters previously. As far as my understanding goes, the only way in which I can achieve this is by having a separate e-prime experiment for each subject. Does anyone know of a more economical way of doing this?
