alignment

I would be very gratefull if anybody could help me with the following problem:
- The test starts at the same allignment but is it possible to keep the allignment (during the page) the same between the question and the answer line. 
 
I'll skedge the procedure for you. There are 18 symbols presented next to eachother like:
! @ # $ % ^ & * ( & ^ $ % & *  ^ & * The person must combine these symbols with certain digits (0-9) but is it possible to keep these symbol and digit combinations aligned beneath aechother. Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon.
