Factor Error

I've modified the n-back task that was so kindly posted by Susan Campbell.
It was running fine, but in my most recent revision I added some additional
conditions and I have started getting the following error when I run  my
experiment:

-999: Factor Error: History index out of bounds in FirstTwoNoMTrialList
I'm not sure what the History index is or how to approach trying to fix
this.
I'd be grateful for any ideas anyone might have.
