What type of button box/mic input are you using?  If
you are using a PST SRBOX, then please make sure that
you are using the power supply that came with the
units.  If you are using an alternative power supply
(i.e. one purchased from local elec store), then the
voicekey mechanism in the SRBOX may report false
results.
