Joystick and USB port

Hello,

We have a problem using a joystick in our experiment.

The joystick is connected to a USB port.Once in "system", the game
controller is located in USB, not in Sound, video and game controller.
When we double click the Joystick controller, we can't find the resources
in the properties. So where can we find it ?

The second problem is probably related to the first one, we can't find
Testgame.exe, and then can't run the MS Dos program.
