Eprime + Port presses/releases

Hi all,

Is there more documentation/ information available on how EPrime handles port communication collection modes i.e. Presses Only/Releases Only/ Presses and Releases?

We have a serial port configured to collect "presses" (from a response box) but some times EPrime seems to alternate randomly between collection modes.

Has anyone had such problems before? Any help will be appreciated.
