Disabling the Windows menu key? / response to unknown error

There is a Knowledge Base article available on this
very topic on the E-Prime Web Support Site.

special keys (Windows Key, Ctrl+Escape)"

I have omitted the contents for brevity sake (which I
can include if requested), but there are utilities
available that can temporarily turn these keys off.
