using a PCI parallel port with E-prime

I'm trying to write separate information to 2 parallel ports in one
experiment. The 2nd parallel port is PCI, not on the motherboard, so it does
not show up in the Bios and has no base address that I know of. Does anyone
have any suggestions on how to implement a 2nd parallel port on a machine
running Windows XP?

PST has suggested that I'll need to write my own Windows DLLs to communicate
directly with the card. Perhaps someone has already done this for a specific
brand of card?
