Rest periods

Hi Sudevan,

There is at least one solution which doesn't require any inline scripting.
Just put a wait object at the end of the block procedure. (A text, slide or
image object will also do.) Then add an extra attribute to the block list
object and fill this column with the desired wait duration. The duration of
the last row can be set to zero. Then use the name of this attribute as
parameter in the duration property of the wait object. Note that you will
have to place the name between brackets, for example: [BlockPauseDuration]

Note that this design only works when the block order is sequential.
