Max count for Port Device

Dear all,

Does anyone knows a way to allow the Maximum Count for a Port Device to have flexibility in values for a single trial?  For example, to allow for a MaxCount of 1 or 2 within one trial?  I figure that one may have to write up a script or inline code to handle this situation.  Any suggestions to this problem is greatly appreciated.   Thanks!
