Hi Nikos,

In regards to the first issue, this may occur if you have a hardware
key that attaches to your parallel port. When saving or running (which
automatically saves by default), E-Prime will check for the hardware
key, and this may result in signals being sent to the parallel port,
which may inadvertently trigger your equipment.
