Upgrade from E-Prime 1.1.4.1 to 1.2

Hi Doug,

If you do not have a NI-DAQ card (and the associated drivers)
installed on the machine that is producing this error - likely meaning
NetStation is not connected to this machine since you are not using it
- then you will indeed need to edit the E-Run.ini file. To do so, open
it in a text editor (e.g. Notepad). Then, comment out the two lines
below [Options]. Do not remove these lines, simply place a semicolon
in front of both. This will prevent E-Prime from loading the
EGIClockExtension file, which in turn will prevent E-Prime from
attempting to access the external EGI clock associated with
NetStation.
