Run-time error

I tried to run the program after doing some modifications on several
slides, but failed to do so.
the error message is:

Run-time Error (Line 2054)
10033: This key is already associated with an element of this
collection

I found the line where the error occurs, but failed to figure out what
the problem is.

For example:
The script is:
Block1Feedback.States.Item("Default").Objects.Add
Block1Feedback_SlideText, "Text8"

I checked the setting and property of the "text8", but found that it's
the same as other texts in this slide. I tried to delete this
particular text, and add in a new one. The problem remains unsolved.
May I know what is the problem, and how to solve it?

P.s. I used some slides instead of text displays to better align the
texts.
I have totally 11 texts in the slides. Most contents are the same in
the slides I modified. And everytime after I deleted the error texts,
I would find another text with the same error in the next run.
