Karaoke style text-to-audio alignment?

Dear all,

I have an idea for an experiment, but I do not know whether it can be
implemented in e-prime. Is it possible to align a text file with an
audio file, like in a karaoke program? Thus, somehow placing emphasis
on the part of the written sentence that corresponds to the audio file
played at that moment? Thanks for any suggestions.
