Question on IFIS Package for Eprime 1.1

I've asked a ton of people and no one has been able to get this to
work; but I can't imagine that it's too hard.  I have an IFIS CD and
Eprime is already installed.  How do I get the IFIS packages onto my
computer/where do I find them?  Do I need to buy them?  Is there a
setting I have to change?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
