Emulate paper-and-pencil style quiz with E-Prime?

Frank,
I just noticed a post on the PST Forum at
http://www.pstnet.com/forum/Topic2853-5-1.aspx where someone else has
a questionnaire working in E-Prime that sounds a lot like what you
want. Might be worth asking there how they did it.
