Block random design question

Tobias,

Thanks to you and the one who wrote to me the other day.  I made it.
Sometimes designing e-prime is just not as easy as the design itself.
It requires programming logic.  Anyway, if anyone who is as new as I
am and have problem folloing the programming logic could write to me.
I'll email a sample e-prime file, which I believe will help a lot: )
