How to create a reusable template?

I was wondering if there is a way I can create my own template to show
up as an option in the dialog box when I start up E-Studio? The
options would read for example:

Blank     Blank(Professional)     Basic     Basic(Professional)
PersonalizedTemplate

I am trying to avoid the potential for future RAs to accidentally Save
over a template file that is just in a folder rather than Save As, and
subsequently having their world collapse around them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
