determing the size of the Image

Hi all,
Is there any method to set the size of an image to certain dimensions
(different or similar to the real size of the image)-say that I have
image of rectangle with one side of it subtending to 5 cm and the
other rib to 10 cm-and I want to be sure that E-prime would present it
in this exact size (ration 1:1) or that it will stretch one rib to 7
cm and shrink the other to 8 cm..how can I do that using E-prime?
