Tobii+E prime 2

Hello,

Has anyone had any trouble with Tobii eye-trackers and E-Prime 2
communicating? When we try to run an experiment in e-prime 2, the experiment
crashes and the Tobii does not eyetrack.

Any suggestions? We had this problem arise after updating e-prime 2 to a
newer version of e-prime 2.
